Program Outcomes
With a focus on rich theological reflection on ministry practice, the Master in Specialized Ministry will help you develop and deepen your knowledge of theological content, be more fully formed in Christian character, and demonstrate competency in ministry. Through the program, you will develop and demonstrate proficiency in the following outcomes: Narrative Research Methodology, Specialized Ministry, Contextualized Ministry, Cultural Competency, and Biblical Integration,
Dissertation
As part of the Master in Specialized Ministry program, you will complete a Capstone Paper which presents your Notion (understanding) of Ministry and your Approaches (ways to implement your Notion) to ministry. You will work alongside a mentor team crafted around your specialized field of inquiry, and your entire learning experience may be individualized and contextualized for your specialized ministry concentration and research focus.
